Who we are
We are a community of believers brought together by our common love of God and His Word; seeking to live our lives consistent with what He says. We acknowledge that Jesus is King, and we are not, and we seek to glorify Him in our lives and to be His hands and feet to reach our local community. Christ is our Head, and we are His body, working together in doing His will, for His purposes.
What we believe
WE BELIEVE in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
WE BELIEVE in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended to heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
WE BELIEVE in the Holy Spirit,
the church from all times, places, and nations is set apart by God,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.
Our Mission
Be Disciples: To grow in our obedience to Jesus, whom we acknowledge as King of all, and Lord of our lives.
Make Disciples: To help fellow Christians grow in understanding the Word and learn to study it for themselves, and to understand and respond to God’s will for their lives. To discover and nurture the spiritual gifts that God has given every believer to be used for His purposes.
Reach the unforgiven: Intentionally focused on expressing the love of the Father, shown through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus, to those around us who have not accepted Him as savior.
Teach the Bible: Chapter-by-Chapter, Verse-by-Verse, the Whole Bible.
Send the Called: To help send those who are responding to the Lord’s call on their life, whether that means to plant a church or go where the Gospel is unheard. To use whatever resources God entrusts to our stewardship to further His Kingdom under His Authority.
